The product is made from the cheapest, lowest quality material one could possible imagine. My husband had to reinforce it because once he assembled it....we were afraid it would snap and we are not heavy at all. Even after he reinforced it, I still worry that it is not sturdy. I would warn anyone from purchasing this product, it is HIGHLY overpriced. The lumber is mostly low quality 1 x 3 pine stapled together. The outside braces were also warped. I can't even imagine how this would stay together if you didn't glue it and screw it after assembly. I used polyurethane glue and plenty of screws to make it square and hold it together. If you can't or don't plan to do this, I would go with another option. Even after taking the extra steps I'm not sure I made the right decision in keeping it. It's easy to assemble, VERY sturdy and reasonably priced. Our only issue with it is that the image in the instructions displayed a handle to pull which brings the fabric cover tightly over the bottom of the frame once assembled. Ours did not have this and so the fabric is loose over the sides (it looks a little naff).
